www.mcapenang.com domain name was not registered properly and now belongs to a bulk reseller.
www.penanggerakan.org.my however fair a little bit better, at least they still hold on to the domain.
However the content on the website is like time locked.
So what say you ? both these parties still want to remain relevant to the citizen of Penang ?
