Contributors to the ever worsening traffic condition in Penang
These photos were taken along Jalan Anson and nearby Jalan Westland. There are 3 car parks nearby this strech of road where double yellow lines are clearly visible, but yet these 'kiamsiap' or 'gonglan' drivers can't afford RM 2 to park their cars at nearby parking lots at Garden Inn Hotel, Restoran Zim Sum and Anson Park ?

Freaking b*stards owner/drivers. If you can not afford RM 2.00 for parking, don't bring your car out and jam up the whole of Penang.

Send the photos of the owners/driver to the JPJ and see what can be done?
Or else make the driver/owner of the cars donate to MVB blog.

Do you think by sending photos to JPJ will help to stop the blockage of traffic in Penang ?
The most effective way is to tow away any car that block the traffic.

parking on double yellow lines? U can see that daily on roads surrounding 1 Utama. The parking fee for 1 Utama is only mere RM1.. but yet ppl still parks on yellow line.. why??? "Malaysia Boleh - lor"
Anson Road morning dim sum back parking is FREE. Why so stupid park on the road YET no police or MPPP people come and saman them. Something wrong somewhere?!
